Return and Exchange Policy

At IQ Protein, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, completely unused, and with the original purchase receipt.

- Opening the package or breaking the original seal of the product (for health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened nutritional supplements). - More than 3 days have passed since receiving the order. - Products purchased during major sales and offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email. Your request will be reviewed and a representative will be dispatched to collect the product. After verifying the condition of the product, the amount will be transferred to your account (ZainCash or Cash) within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, and the customer bears the return shipping fees.
